Imagery
Airmond is photographic where Marbling is material: the mark carries the brand, the portrait carries the person. Two things the 2026-09-02 rebuild pinned down: the frame rule for the hero film, and a second, named portrait treatment for marketing surfaces next to the app's.
The hero film frame rule

| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Eyes | 62% across, 30% down of the frame, in every frame and every plate (measured: 62.0 to 62.7% / 29.8 to 32.3% on the five plates). Her head does not travel, lean, bob or drift, and it does not change size between rooms: lock the inter-ocular distance, not just the eye position. |
| Head | one fifth of the frame's height (0.19 to 0.21 measured). Wide: head and torso, the whole desk, the full backdrop. Never push in. |
| Left third | quiet: a plain wall and a window with soft daylight, no props, nothing that moves. The copy sits on a fade at the frame's left edge. |
| Bottom 22% | a fade zone (the section below fades in over it): the desk edge and nothing important. |
| The story | lives to camera right. Say camera left and camera right in a prompt, never "her left". |
| Master | 1920 x 1080, 16:9. Web encode 1280 x 720 H.264, no audio track, under 2.5 MB. Poster = the first frame, webp. |
| Length | 8 to 10 s, seamless loop: first and last frame identical (same room, light and wardrobe), or render A to B to A. |
| Sound | silent, always. Autoplays muted, plays only in the viewport. If it needs sound to make sense it is the wrong cut. |
| Light | daylight from the left, cool white balance, no golden hour, no camera movement, fine film grain. |
| Placement | object-fit: cover; object-position: 62% 30%, so any crop keeps her eyes where the rule puts them. |
The reference set: style A, editorial
The five plates the film is rendered from, in the order the loop plays them (assistant first, then back to assistant). These are 1600px JPEG references; the 1920 x 1080 masters and the eye-lock measurements live in cs-airmond-website/scratch/landing-redesign/plates-v2/ (and ~/scratch/airmond-film-v2/ on ballito), the regeneration brief in cs-airmond-website/docs/hero-film-brief.md.

assistant. Warm office: mustard wall, wooden desk, telephone, diary, flowers. Cornflower-blue cardigan. Always the opening frame.
Wardrobe stays modern and current: never period costume, never a uniform, never fancy dress. The room can be as characterful as it likes.
Two portrait treatments
Both are named here and nowhere else. A surface uses one of the two, identically wherever it appears, and never invents a per-screen plate.
1. Cutout on slate: the app

The assistant's cutout on the dusk-slate plate #2A3646, identical on every in-product surface: the sign-in plate, the call screen, the avatar fallback. The cutout is public/brand/ada-cutout.webp in the website repo.
2. Roster portrait: marketing

Photographic, one photographer's work across the whole roster: a pale sage wall, window light from the left, a cream linen blazer, head and shoulders, square crop with the eyes on the 39% row, a warm closed-lip smile to camera. On the page: 132px tiles (96 on a phone), radius 18, object-position: 50% 30%, the name in 14px semibold under each. Under the row, the honest sentence.
They are AI, and they say so. That is exactly why she picks up at two in the morning and never forgets a thing you told her.
How a roster portrait is generated
Recorded from cs-airmond-website/docs/ada-portrait.md (2026-09-02) so the next assistant matches the row. Model google/gemini-3-pro-image through the Vercel AI Gateway (POST /v1/chat/completions with modalities: ["image","text"]). One user message, three parts in this order: the identity plate as an image (for Ada, public/hero/v11-3-resolve.webp cropped to (400, 40, 1040, 810)), the style reference a1.jpg as an image, then the prompt below. The model returns 1024 x 1024; the shipped files are the crop (22, 0, 1002, 980), which puts her eyes on the roster's 39% row, resized with Lanczos to 900 and 360 and saved as JPEG at quality 94 with the same chroma subsampling as a1.jpg. Eight candidates over two rounds, picked on a contact sheet against a1, a2, a5, a7 and a8 for identity and fit (wall tone, light direction, blazer, crop, grain). Exposure must be high-key: the first round came out a stop darker than the roster (mean luminance 150 against 166 to 190).
Keep this EXACT woman from the first image: the same face, the same long straight auburn hair, the same light freckled skin, the same green eyes, the same age, the same calm warm smile. Her face must not change at all. Reshoot her so the new portrait matches the second image's photography, wall, light, framing and wardrobe exactly, as if she were photographed in the same session by the same photographer as the second image. Keep the first image's woman; do NOT copy the first image's background, shirt, lighting or crop. Exposure: bright, airy and high-key exactly like the second image, never moody or underexposed; the wall is a pale, light sage green, evenly and generously lit, and her skin is luminous with daylight.
Studio portrait in a consistent editorial style. Framing: square crop, head and shoulders, subject centred and facing the camera, head slightly turned. Background: a plain flat sage-green wall, soft and evenly lit, with a subtle vertical strip of daylight falling on the right side. Wardrobe: a cream off-white linen blazer worn over a light top, relaxed and uncreased. Light: soft natural daylight from a large window to the left, gentle falloff, no hard shadows, no studio strobe look. Expression: a warm, genuine, closed-lip smile that reaches the eyes, calm and approachable, looking directly at the camera. Rendering: photorealistic, medium-format film character, 85mm lens, shallow depth of field, natural skin texture with visible pores and freckles where present, minimal retouching, no beauty filter, no airbrushing, no makeup-heavy styling. The person must read as a real, approachable colleague, never as a stock model and never as AI-glossy. No text, no logo, no watermark, no props, no other people, no background clutter.
The first paragraph is the identity lock (swap the description for the assistant being shot); the second is the house style, unchanged since the 2026-08-03 roster. The gateway key is op://cs-airmond/vercel-ai-gateway/api_key, read at call time.
The cast on file
The kit's imagery folder: avatar.jpg (the in-product avatar), ada.jpg, a1.jpg, a2.jpg, ada-cutout-slate.jpg, and the five hero plates above. The full roster (a1 to a8) lives in cs-airmond-website/public/team-lg/.
